Entrepreneur spirit and good operation philosophy (Auto franchise retail experience is preferred but not required.)
有能力获得汽车销售及维修服务营业执照
Have the ability to obtain automotive sales and service licenses.
客户之星"品牌专营设施及投资方面的有实质性的承诺（以下的投资指引仅供您参考。请结合考虑您当地市场的实际情况来提交您的申请表中的投资方案。我们将对每一份方案包括以下几方面在内的众多因素进行评估）：
Make a substantial commitment to STAR Custom Branded infrastructure from facility and capital investment perspectives.（Below are the investment guides for your reference.Please combine your local market situation to submit your investment proposals in your application.We will evaluate each proposal on many elements including the following:）
1)500-1000平方米左右的总场地面积，场地的位置
500-1000 sqms total land area, location of site
2)2-3百万的专营设施
2-3 million RMB for facility
3)0.2百万的工具和设备
0.2 million RMB for tools and equipments
4)流动资金：5-10百万（自有资金和贷款的结合）
Working capital capability: 5-10 million RMB(combination of unencumbered and loaned funds)
5) 具有鲜明的"以客户为导向"的经营理念

"定义 The definitions:
个人申请者:是指以个人名义申请授权"客户之星"品牌经销商的人或以个人及其拥有的公司联名申请的人, 且该公司会作为建立授权"客户之星"品牌经销商的法人实体
Applicant Individual means the person who represents himself as an applicant for a STAR Custom Brand Dealership or who represents himself as an applicant for a STAR Custom Brand Dealership in conjunction with a company which is owned by himself and will be used as a legal entity in establishing the Dealership
单位申请者:是指以单位名义申请授权"客户之星"品牌经销商的人, 且此单位没有明确的个人所有者Applicant Company means the company applying for a STAR Custom Brand Dealership where there is no clear individual owner
申请表由两部分组成： A部分和B部分。 A部分应由个人申请者或由申请单位的代表填写，提供的是个人申请者本人或申请单位代表的个人信息；B部分应由申请单位的代表填写，提供的是申请单位的信息。所以，如果您是个人申请者，您只需填写A部分；如果您是申请单位之代表，则您需要同时填写A部分和B部分.
The application form consist of two parts: Section A and Section B. Section A needs to be completed by the applicant individual or the representative of the applicant company and will provide us with information on the applicant individual, or the representative of the applicant company; Whereas, Section B needs to be completed by the representative of the applicant company and will provides us with information of the applicant company. So if you are applicant individual, you just need to complete Section A; if you are the representative of the applicant company, you need to complete both Section A and Section B;
